Bill 17-0173 was recently signed by the Mayor Fenty on Feb. 22, 2008. This means that the Bill is half way through its journey to becoming law!Congressional Review is next. I am really excited about what this new Commissioner of Fashion Arts and Events will mean for the growth and acknowledgement of the Districts Fashion industry!
